We will usually be at the property for up to 2 hours, we'll then take away our findings, carry out the required analysis and produce the report. We will usually deliver the report within 7 days of the site visit but if you require the report sooner please let us know when you book so we can look to minimise the lead time.

We will visually inspect the property inside and out and take any required required readings using damp metering and thermal imaging equipment, we will also take photographs of any relevant areas of the building. We will require safe and unobstructed access to all rooms at the property that you wish to be included in our report.

No, we don't offer any damp/mould treatments or remediations which is why we can be completely independent and objective. We simply tell you what is causing the problem(s) and how they can be resolved, resolution could be as involved as appointing a contractor to fix a structural defect or as simple as improving ventilation. If you require help in arranging the required works we are able to assist but most of our customers arrange for any work to be carried out by their own contractors.
